Refund policy
Warranty Process & Policies:
If the sewing on one of our solutions fails we will either buy it back from you or refund you, it's that simple. We expect our solutions to see hard, sustained, duty use and they're sewn accordingly. We stand behind everything we make 100% and you should expect the highest standard of quality and durability when you buy from Forge Concepts.
Normal material wear and tear is to be expected and is not a part of this policy. Things like webbing and elastic will eventually wear out. To mitigate this we are Berry compliant meaning we make everything in the USA of made in the USA materials (only exceptions are the cables in our Chem Keepers and Cobra FM buckles used on some Holster Leg Straps). These high quality materials will last a long time with proper care and cleaning.
- Contact us and send pictures of where the sewing failed along with proof of purchase
- Our Customer Service team will review and offer you options for refund or replacement
- Forge Concepts reserves the right to review all claims before issuing a resolution and proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges for return or replacement solutions
Return Process & Policies:
Forge Concepts accepts returns under the following terms:
- Solution must be undamaged, unaltered, unused, and contain all its original components in its original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (we are happy to create a return label for you and that amount will simply be deducted from your return total).
- We charge a 10% restocking fee as we must carefully inspect the solution upon return. The restocking fee will be deducted from the return total
- Medical solutions and Lifestyle solutions (shirts, hats, etc) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Forge Concepts must be notified of returns before you ship them back. Simply contact us at service@forgeconcepts.com with your order number and the solution you would like to return. If you would like us to create a return label for you, please make that request in your email.
- Refunds will be processed once we have received the solution and inspected it.
- Forge Concepts reserves the right to decline refunds, at our discretion, based on our Return Process & Policies.
