The Forge Concepts Holster Leg Strap is the most comfortable and adaptable leg strap on the market. Featuring an ideal mix of webbing and elastic, along with a swivel point grommet, the Holster Leg Strap provides superior retention and comfort.
The idea for this solution was born from watching our teammates constantly adjust or undo their issued holster leg straps for comfort while on multi-day missions.

- Q: Does the leg strap require special hardware to mount?
- A: No, the standard 1/2" or 3/8" screws that come with your holster or QLS plate will work perfectly. We also include an extra 1/2" screw with each leg strap, just in case you need one.
- Q: Does the leg strap work without a QLS plate?
- A: Yes, all you need is a drop leg system (UBL, MHA, RHP etc) and a holster.
- Q: Does the Holster Leg Strap work with my drop leg?
- A: If your drop leg solution has a hole, bracket, slots, or a removable holster on it our Holster Leg Strap will work with it!
Feels amazing right out of the box! Easy to attach and no slack what so ever. Very noticeable change in retention and lack of uplift on the draw. 10/10.
Thigh strap holster setups look great on IG and in cool guy pics...until you have to actually run with them, sit in MaxxPros, ride in Chinnooks, or just stand in them. Trust me, its no fun having your tender parts restricted and your thigh lose blood flow. However, this one 1 inch strap and directional hole combo make movement so much easier compared to everything else on the market. Pair this with a Wilder Tactical holster plate and you're good to go. Easily one of the best purchases I've ever made.
Pretty decent strap. I wish they put the grommet next to the buckle, with the elastic strap coming out the posterior side of the holster. If they did this, the buckle and tri-glide would be positioned more towards the front, rather than the tri-glide being between your legs. Yes you can move the tri-glide closer to the buckle, but then you’re not left with much adjustment.
Got one of the Multicam ones to use with our issued holster at work. The grommet works perfectly and it's super comfortable. Way better feeling than the thick Blackhawk leg strap we got issued.
These guys rock! Love the strap with the cobra buckle. Looking at what color to buy next. Very comfortable for all day wear. Fast shipping and very pleasant online buying experience. Used to have multiple wider straps and they would work but were not ideal. This is perfect.

Very comfortable strap. Hardly know its there and does not ride up into the crotch mounted directly to Safariland mid-ride with no extention module.
This is a very sturdy leg strap. I do wish that it had two holes for mounting to a True North Concepts adapter but other than that it is perfect.
Hi Eric - thank you for your review. Please watch the install video on our Guides page. Our Holster Leg Strap mounts very well to True North MHA/RHPs. We chose the single grommet to act as a natural pivot point/to stop bunching when your leg articulates. This was a purposeful design choice!

I was fearful that the cobra buckle was going to be too heavy or thick and cumbersome. I was corrected. The cobra buckle is extremely light and durable, and sits in the perfect location where it does not create any hotspots.

High quality material, great color pallet, stitching is adequate for heavy use, hoping it will serve me for a long time. I was looking for a leg strap for quite a while and found this company shipped out quick, great price, dig there cause.
This is a must have for any Safariland holster. I bought one to try it out, installed it, used it, then bought 4 more. Beats the Safariland leg strap hands down. No contest. 6 stars?!?
One of the best leg strap choices on the market, top notch quality, especially with its own variety of customization options, and excellent design.
It's extremely comfortable, to the point that I don't realize that I have it on at times. I use it daily on my duty belt and it provides great elasticity when needed while keeping my holster secured to my leg when drawing. No issues the strap when getting in or out of my vehicle. Works as it should, would recommend.
I have this leg strap on my subsecond belt with a safariland setup and it fits comfortably and the cobra clip is a great addition.

Solid adjustments and looks baller with the Cobra buckle! Having the elastic let's you tighten the strap snug but stay comfortable, ain't no choking of the leg (or legs if you're blessed.)
I do quit a bit of backcountry hiking. I have used this leg strap for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. Its small enough not to bother me and the elastic is a saving grace. I would certainly recommend this strap. If your thinking the elastic pulls out when you draw, your wrong, it works perfectly. Nice product.
