FAQs:
  • Q: Does the Night Vision Battery Pack Retainer require any special hardware to mount?
  • A: No, the Night Vision Battery Pack comes with two mounting tabs that can attach to any screw type on a helmet (strap screws, rails, etc). The shock cord can also be threaded through rail systems, or other mounting tabs (e.g. ones on a counterweight). We also include adhesive backed hook & loop with every order so that if your battery pack doesn't have any or if your helmet needs it as well you have everything you need.
  • Q: Does the Night Vision Battery Pack work with my battery pack?
  • A: Probably. Our design works with every major setup on the market and holds them securely. If you have a new battery pack or you aren't sure, reach out to us to confirm.

Very helpful, once I watched the video. I understood how to emplace the holder.

Good Pack Retainer , Not good for Steele Ind. Battery Pack

Holds the pack fine but you have no access to the port for the optic cable and when you do install it and cinch it down it puts unwanted pressure on the neck of the cable. Good pack holder it just doesn't really work with the Steele Ind. Battery pack as stated in the description.

Lightweight, small, tough, and better than I expected.

What’s not to like?

While at my last unit we didn’t have the privilege of battery pack retainers or pouches. It was all Velcro, 550, and/or duck tape. On the Civ’ish side I’ve been able to try out lots of different things. This is definitely without a doubt the best option for the job intended. Plus if you are in a position to which you need a form of cat eyes, dark red/ to ir spectrum beads can go right on the shock cord retainers.

LOVE IT!

I'm running Low Light Innovation MH-1s with their new LLBP (battery pack). The LLBP is small and very lightweight; I was unsure if the Forge Concepts Night Vision Battery Back Retainer would hold it securely due to its size and the awkward cable port that protrudes out the side. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that not only was fitment great, but the whole piece of gear was thoughtfully designed and looked great on my Ops-Core Fast SF Carbon. Would definitely recommend and can confirm compatibility with the LLBP. Thank you!
